4:8
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever
is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if
anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.
Psalm 18:25-29

Ephesians 5:8-14
For you were once darkness, but now you are
light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of
the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) 10and
find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless
deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful
even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13But everything
exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes
everything visible.
Philippians 1:9-11
And this is my prayer: that your love may
abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, 10so that
you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless
until the day of Christ, 11filled with the fruit of righteousness
that comes through Jesus Christ--to the glory and praise of God.
1 Thessalonians 4:3-5
It is God's will that you should be sanctified:
that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should
learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable,
not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God.

Marriage should be honored by all, and the
marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all
the sexually immoral.
